Advertisement for Administrative Staff for HEAT Project

Applications are invited from permanent citizens of Bangladesh for the following positions under the Higher Education Acceleration and Transformation (HEAT) project, funded by the World Bank and implemented by the University Grants Commission (UGC) of Bangladesh), under the Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. The positions are purely temporary and will remain valid for the duration of the sub-project titled “BDResNET: A Comprehensive Research Collaboration Network for Bangladeshi Researchers utilizing Large Language Models and Graph Neural Networks for Automatic Researcher Profiling, recommendation, and Ranking”.

Job Location: Purbachal American City, Kanchan, Rupganj, Narayanganj-1461, Dhaka, Bangladesh (Near to Govt. Purbachal New Town and Kanchan Bridge).

Position & Salary	No. of Vacant Position	Requirements
Administrative Officer (Consolidated Salary 25,000/- per month)	1	Bachelor or higher degree in any discipline from a reputed university Experience in office management or office administration, preferably in project documentation. Proficiency in both English and Bangla Languages Proficient in MS Office and email communication
Accountant (Consolidated Salary 25,000/- per month)	1	Bachelor or higher degree in accounting or any related field Experience in financial or accounting management tasks is preferred Skilled in accounting software and MS Office Experience in Govt. financial procurement rules, VAT and taxation Strong analytical and reporting abilities
MLSS (Consolidated Salary 15,000/- per month)	1	HSC or higher Office support experience is preferred Ability to read and write Bangla; and basic English skills are desirable Honest, reliable, and physically fit
