Mandatory Transport Consent Form for Summer 2026 Final Registration

This is to inform all students that the Final Registration for the Summer 2026 semester will commence on 20 May 2026 at 11:00 AM, as per the Academic Calendar.

To ensure the smooth operation and effective management of transportation services for the upcoming semester, a Transport Consent Form has been implemented in the Student Portal. All students must complete and submit this form before confirming their registration.

Please note that without completing the Transport Consent Form, the registration process will remain incomplete and cannot be confirmed.
