The Department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), through its IEEE Computer Society GUB Student Branch Chapter, successfully organized the "Campus to Corporate (C2C)" seminar on July 11, 2026, at Seminar Hall (A-302). The event was held in association with Skill Jobs and was co-organized by the IEEE GUB Student Branch and IEEE PES GUB SBC.

The seminar was specifically designed to address the critical transition students face when entering the professional workforce. By bridging the gap between academic knowledge and industry expectations, the program aimed to equip students with the necessary tools for a successful career launch. The sessions focused on strategic career planning, effective communication, personal self-development, and adapting to the dynamic demands of the modern job market.

The event saw an enthusiastic turnout of 65 participants who benefited from the profound insights of our distinguished speakers:

  • Md. Mamunur Rashid

  • Yead Mosharaf Shezan

  • Arman Ishtiaque Ayon

The session was expertly chaired by Syed Ahsanul Kabir, Chairperson & Associate Professor, Department of CSE, whose guidance ensured the event's objectives were met with clarity and impact.

The program concluded with a formal crest-giving ceremony to honor the speakers, followed by a commemorative photo session. The interactive nature of the seminar was highly appreciated by attendees, who valued the practical advice and industry exposure.

The Department of CSE extends its sincere gratitude to all speakers, organizers, and participants for making this initiative a resounding success. We remain committed to fostering professional growth and look forward to hosting more such impactful events in the future.
