CSE Islamic Olympiad 3.0 & Iftar Mahfil 2026

We are delighted to share the successful celebration of CSE Islamic Olympiad 3.0, followed by the Iftar Mahfil 2026 & Dua, organized by the Green University Computer Club (GUCC) in collaboration with the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Green University of Bangladesh.

The event was held on 01 March 2026 at 2:00 PM in the GUB Seminar Hall (A-302) , bringing together students and faculty members in a spirit of faith, creativity, unity, and healthy competition. Students of the CSE department actively participated in three engaging segments:

• Qur'an Recitation

• Arabic Calligraphy

• Islamic Quiz

Participants showcased remarkable talent and enthusiasm throughout the competitions.

Judges & Distinguished Guests:
The competitions were gracefully judged by our esteemed faculty members and respected guests, whose presence and valuable insights enriched the program. We extend our sincere gratitude to them for their kind support and participation.

Prize Giving Ceremony:
The prize-giving ceremony recognized the winners (1st, 2nd, and 3rd positions) in each segment, celebrating their achievements with appreciation and encouragement.

The program also featured an inspiring speech from our respected Chairperson, who emphasized the importance of such initiatives in fostering unity, creativity, and spiritual growth within the CSE family.

Iftar Mahfil & Dua:
Following the competitions, students and faculty members gathered at the GUB Cafeteria to offer a collective Dua, seeking blessings, well-being, and success for everyone. The Dua was conducted by Hafej Quari Mawlana Md. Firozul Alam, Imam of the GUB Mosque.

The most heartwarming moment arrived at Iftar, where a large number of CSE students and faculty members broke their fast together, reflecting true unity, brotherhood, and shared joy.
